Cancellation Policy

Once a Transaction is completed, it shall be considered as a legally binding agreement between the User and Ladensitae.

Users may request cancellation of an order before the product/service is delivered or initiated, unless otherwise specified on the Platform. Cancellation requests will be reviewed, and approval shall be subject to our discretion.


Refund Policy

Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • If the product and/or service delivered does not match the description provided on the Platform

  • If there is a genuine issue or defect in the product/service

To request a refund, the User must:

  • Submit the request within 3 days from the date of the Transaction

  • Email us at info@ladensitae.com

  • Provide a clear reason for the refund request along with supporting proof (if applicable)


Refund Processing

  • Once a refund request is received, we may review and request additional details if required

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method


Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds may not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Delay caused by external factors beyond our control

  • Requests made after the specified refund window


Final Decision

All refund and cancellation requests are subject to review, and the final decision will be at the discretion of Ladensitae.
