Once a Transaction is completed, it shall be considered as a legally binding agreement between the User and Ladensitae.
Users may request cancellation of an order before the product/service is delivered or initiated, unless otherwise specified on the Platform. Cancellation requests will be reviewed, and approval shall be subject to our discretion.
Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:
If the product and/or service delivered does not match the description provided on the Platform
If there is a genuine issue or defect in the product/service
To request a refund, the User must:
Submit the request within 3 days from the date of the Transaction
Email us at info@ladensitae.com
Provide a clear reason for the refund request along with supporting proof (if applicable)
Once a refund request is received, we may review and request additional details if required
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
The refund will be credited to the original payment method
Refunds may not be provided in the following cases:
Change of mind after purchase
Delay caused by external factors beyond our control
Requests made after the specified refund window
All refund and cancellation requests are subject to review, and the final decision will be at the discretion of Ladensitae.
